| CALL's 12th Annual Golf Tournament fundraiser took place on April 28th at Amherst's Poplar Grove Golf Club, opening the tournament season. The weather cooperated, providing a perfect spring day, and the new Poplar Grove management provided a beautifully groomed course
for the seven teams of players who teed off at 1:00 in a shotgut start. We gratefully acknowledge the fifth year of sponsorship of this event by Greif Packaging, whose generous support enabled us to raise over $4,000 to help promote literacy in Amherst County. |
